Recipe: White Pizza with Ricotta & Spinach

Ingredients

  • 1 dough ball
  • ½ cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • Zest of ½ lemon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • ¾ cup sautéed spinach, squeezed dry
  • Red pepper flakes for finishing

Instructions

  1. Mix ricotta, garlic, half the lemon zest, parsley, and salt in a small bowl.
  2. Stretch the dough and spread the ricotta mixture over the surface.
  3. Top with mozzarella and sautéed spinach.
  4. Bake on a preheated pizza stone at 550°F / 290°C for 7–8 minutes until crisp and spotty.
  5. Finish with remaining lemon zest and a pinch of red pepper flakes.

Recipe: BBQ Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 dough ball
  • ⅓ cup smoky BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • ¾ cup cooked shredded chicken
  • ½ thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup shredded smoked gouda
  • Fresh cilantro and extra BBQ sauce for finishing

Instructions

  1. Thin the BBQ sauce with a splash of water and spread over the stretched dough.
  2. Scatter the chicken, red onion, mozzarella, and smoked gouda evenly.
  3. Bake at 550°F / 290°C for 7–9 minutes until the cheese is fully melted and the crust is browned.
  4. Top with fresh cilantro and drizzle with more BBQ sauce before serving.

Recipe: Fig, Prosciutto & Arugula Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 dough ball
  • 3 tablespoons fig jam
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1½ cups fresh mozzarella, torn
  • 2 fresh figs, sliced
  • 3 slices prosciutto
  • 1 cup baby arugula
  • Shaved Parmesan
  • Balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Whisk fig jam with olive oil and spread over the dough.
  2. Add mozzarella and fresh fig slices.
  3. Bake at 550°F / 290°C for 7–8 minutes.
  4. After baking, drape the prosciutto over the pizza, top with arugula and shaved Parmesan, then drizzle with balsamic glaze. Serve as an appetizer or light dinner.

Recipe: Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 dough ball
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled, or ½ cup cooked breakfast sausage
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 2–3 large eggs
  • Cracked black pepper and flaky salt

Instructions

  1. Brush the stretched dough lightly with olive oil.
  2. Top with mozzarella, bacon or sausage, and scallions.
  3. Bake at 550°F / 290°C for 5–6 minutes.
  4. Remove the pizza, crack the eggs onto the surface, and return to the oven for 3 minutes or until the whites are set and yolks are still runny.
  5. Finish with cracked black pepper and flaky salt.
