Recipe: White Pizza with Ricotta & Spinach
Ingredients
- 1 dough ball
- ½ cup ricotta cheese
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- Zest of ½ lemon
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- ¾ cup sautéed spinach, squeezed dry
- Red pepper flakes for finishing
Instructions
- Mix ricotta, garlic, half the lemon zest, parsley, and salt in a small bowl.
- Stretch the dough and spread the ricotta mixture over the surface.
- Top with mozzarella and sautéed spinach.
- Bake on a preheated pizza stone at 550°F / 290°C for 7–8 minutes until crisp and spotty.
- Finish with remaining lemon zest and a pinch of red pepper flakes.
